Ingredients: Flour, amasi or buttermilk (full cream milk, starter culture), sugar, desiccated coconut, sesame seeds, currants, sunflower seeds, digestive bran, bran flakes (whole wheat, wheat bran, sugar, barley malt extract, salt, antioxidant [mixed tocopherols], vitamins [A, B1, B2, niacin, B6, folic acid, B12, pantothenic acid, D], minerals [iron, zinc oxide]) vegetable fats and oils (palm fruit, palm seed, sunflower), raising agents.
Allergens: Contains gluten. Made in a factory which uses tree nuts, peanuts, cow’s milk, soya, sulphur dioxide and eggs.
Shelf Life: 4 Months from date of manufacture
