Refund and Returns Policy

Refunds and Returns for Custom Branding and Corporate Clothing:

Due to the personalized nature of custom branding and corporate clothing, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the items are significantly defective or incorrect. If you receive custom-branded products or corporate clothing that is very defective or substantially different from what you ordered, we will provide store credit for the value of the defective items.

Defective Items:

  • If you receive custom-branded products or corporate clothing that are very defective, please contact us at info@wildtree.co.za within 5 working days of receipt.
  • Provide detailed information about the defect along with supporting evidence such as photos or videos.
  • Our team will review the information provided and determine if the items are eligible for store credit.
  • If eligible, store credit will be issued for the value of the defective items.

Non-Defective Items:

  • Custom-branded products and corporate clothing that are not defective or incorrect are not eligible for returns, refunds, or store credit.
  • We encourage you to carefully review all design proofs and specifications before approving custom branding or corporate clothing orders.
