• You are responsible for providing timely feedback and approvals during the branding process.
• You acknowledge that delays in providing necessary information or feedback may affect project timelines and deliverables. - Intellectual Property:
• All intellectual property rights associated with the branding materials developed as part of our Services belong to Wild Tree Branding Apparel until full payment is received.
• Upon full payment, you will receive ownership of the final branding materials, subject to any third-party rights or licenses. - Payment Terms:
• Payment terms will be outlined in the project proposal or agreement.
• A non-refundable deposit may be required before commencement of work.
• Final payment is due upon completion of the project or as otherwise specified in the agreement. - Confidentiality:
• We will maintain the confidentiality of all information provided by you during the course of our engagement.
• You agree not to disclose any confidential information related to our Services without prior written consent. - Project Revisions:
• We strive to meet your branding requirements and will provide reasonable revisions as necessary.
• Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees. - Termination:
• Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice if the other party breaches these Terms.
• In the event of termination, you agree to compensate us for any work completed up to the termination date. - Limitation of Liability:
• Wild Tree Branding Apparel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to our Services.
• Our liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the Services. - Governing Law:
